Unlike the standard RowErg, the Dynamic’s seat and foot stretcher carriage move during each stroke, keeping the athlete’s body relatively stationary and more closely reflecting the movement of a racing shell. We recommend the Dynamic for people who row on the water. If you do not row on water, the standard RowErg is likely to be a better fit.
